Iron Equip Supply ships heavy equipment from a network of stocking warehouses across the continental United States. Here's how it works and how to find the right location for your order.
 

How Our Warehouse Network Works

You don't need to choose a warehouse yourself. When you place an order, we route it from the stocking location that can reach your delivery address fastest and most cost-effectively. This helps keep freight times and costs down on large, heavy items.

Because inventory is distributed across multiple locations, the warehouse that fulfills your order may differ from item to item. Your tracking email will show the originating carrier and terminal once your order ships.
 

Shipping Coverage

  • Where we ship from — U.S.-based warehouses serving the continental United States.

  • Where we deliver — addresses within the continental U.S. only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

  • How it arrives — most equipment ships via LTL freight to the curb; please review our Shipping & Delivery policy for unloading, appointment, and inspection requirements.
     

Checking Stock & Warehouse Availability

Want to confirm which warehouse a specific item ships from, check current stock, or estimate freight time to your ZIP code before ordering? Contact our team with the product name and your delivery ZIP code and we'll confirm the details for you.

  1. Email us at info@ironequipusa.com with the product name (or link) and your delivery ZIP code.

  2. We'll confirm the nearest stocking warehouse, current availability, and an estimated freight transit time.

  3. Place your order online — we route it from that location and email your tracking as soon as it ships.\

Local Pickup

Our equipment is large and heavy and is set up for freight delivery rather than counter pickup. If you have a specific pickup or will-call request, contact us first at info@ironequipusa.com and we'll let you know what's possible for that item and location.
