Why are your prices lower than what I see elsewhere?
We sell online only and buy in volume from manufacturers and authorized suppliers, which keeps our supply chain short and our overhead low. We don't pay for showrooms or dealer networks — so you don't either.
Is the equipment new or used?
Brand new. Everything we sell is new, unused equipment in original manufacturer packaging, unless a listing clearly states otherwise (for example, a marked demo unit).
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from warehouses within the United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and standard freight delivery arrives in an estimated 5–21 business days. Express freight (5–9 business days) is available at checkout. We deliver to the continental US only.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
Equipment includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Full details are on our Warranty page.
What if something arrives damaged or with an issue?
Inspect your shipment before signing for it. If anything is damaged, note it with the driver, take photos, and email us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right with a repair, replacement parts, replacement unit, or refund, at no cost to you.
