Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when items can be returned, how refunds work, who pays for return shipping, and how to get help.

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. The key terms of this policy are:

  • 30 days to request a return from the date of delivery.

  • Original, unused condition required — with no signs of use, installation, or operation.

  • Return authorization required before you ship anything back.

  • Fast response — we aim to respond to return requests within 24 hours.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories are included.

  • You have obtained a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team.

Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible — see the Damaged or Defective Items section below.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or operated.

  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items missing their original packaging, parts, or accessories, or with packaging damaged by the buyer.

  • Items showing signs of wear, rust, or cosmetic damage caused after delivery.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@ironequipusa.com Include your order number and a clear description of the issue or reason for return.

  2. Provide photos or video of the item and its packaging. This helps us assess the situation quickly and recommend the best resolution.

  3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and written return instructions. Do not ship anything back before you have an RA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories, and ship it using the method in your instructions. Keep your tracking number.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement and email you a confirmation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return. Because our equipment is large and heavy, freight return costs can be significant.

We Cover Return Shipping

  • Damaged or defective items — if your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we cover all return shipping. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Our error — if we shipped the wrong item, we arrange and fully cover the return and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

The Buyer Covers Return Shipping

  • Change of mind — if you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Incompatibility — if an item does not fit your setup (for example, voltage or space requirements), return shipping is your responsibility. Please confirm specifications before ordering.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If your item arrives with visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ironequipusa.com.

For defects that appear during normal use, contact us with your order number and supporting photos or video. Depending on the situation and the manufacturer warranty, we will arrange a repair, replacement part, replacement unit, or refund. Damage reported after 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a freight-damage claim.

7. Refunds — Method & Timing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

  • How refunds are issued — refunds are returned to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

  • When refunds are processed — approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • What is refunded — the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

  • Partial refunds — may apply if a returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is damaged due to handling after delivery.

8. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns in original condition. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer remains responsible for return freight as described above. If a returned item arrives incomplete or with reduced value due to buyer handling, a partial refund may be applied to reflect the difference.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled under the return process above; freight already in transit may incur return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations.

10. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or configuration, contact us and we will let you know what is available. Exchanges on eligible items follow the same condition and authorization requirements as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card issuer, as posting times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@ironequipusa.com and we will follow up.

12. Inspect Your Delivery Before Signing

We strongly recommend inspecting your equipment thoroughly at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the item, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.

When in doubt — photograph everything and contact us right away at info@ironequipusa.com. Prompt reporting protects your eligibility for a claim.
