Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard freight shipping is free on all orders to the continental United States — no minimum purchase required. An express freight option is available at checkout for an additional charge.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard freight delivery arrives in an estimated 5–21 business days; express freight arrives in an estimated 5–9 business days. Large equipment ships via LTL freight carrier.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the continental United States only — we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international destinations.

How does freight delivery work?
For large equipment, the freight carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside — please arrange a forklift or helping hands for unloading. A responsible adult must be present to inspect the shipment and sign for it.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — is that normal?
Freight tracking often updates less frequently than parcel tracking, so short gaps are normal. If your tracking hasn't moved in 3–5 business days, email us at info@ironequipusa.com and we'll check with the carrier.

Orders

How do I place an order?
Add the equipment to your cart and complete our secure online checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us at info@ironequipusa.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Send the corrected address with your order number to info@ironequipusa.com as quickly as possible.

How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Note the damage with the delivery driver before signing, photograph the packaging and the item, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve it with repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Products

Are your products brand new?
Yes — all equipment is brand new from the manufacturer unless a listing clearly states otherwise (such as a marked demo unit).

Do you sell spare parts or accessories?
Yes, for many of the machines we carry. Email us your model number and what you need, and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

What voltage do your car lifts require?
It varies by model — many run on 110V and others require 220V. Check the specifications on the product page, or email us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Do your mini excavators come with attachments?
Many models include standard attachments such as a bucket. The included attachments are listed on each product page — if you need something specific, ask us before ordering.

Can I see a product demonstration before buying?
Yes. Demonstration videos and detailed specification sheets are available for most models — email us at info@ironequipusa.com and we'll send what we have for the machine you're considering.

Warranty

What warranty do your products come with?
Equipment includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. It does not cover normal wear items, misuse, or damage from improper installation. Full details are on our Warranty page.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Email info@ironequipusa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We'll respond with the next steps within one business day.

Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Extended coverage is available on select products. Email us with the model you're interested in and we'll confirm the options.

Does the warranty cover shipping costs for repairs?
It depends on the manufacturer and the type of claim — we'll confirm exactly what's covered when your claim is filed, before anything ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Some exclusions apply (such as used or assembled equipment) — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email info@ironequipusa.com with your order number. We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and written return instructions — please don't ship anything back without an RA number.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return freight. We don't charge restocking fees on standard returns in original condition.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available on eligible items — email us and we'll set it up.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed through our secure, encrypted checkout. All available options are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
If financing or installment options are available for your order, they'll appear automatically at checkout on qualifying purchases.

When is my card charged?
At the time you place your order.
