Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from U.S.-based warehouses. This policy explains processing times, shipping options and costs, how freight delivery works, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Large or made-to-order items may require additional handling time, which we will communicate where applicable.

2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Iron Equip Supply ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, contact us before ordering.

3. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options on all orders. Large equipment ships via LTL freight carrier due to its size and weight.

  • Free Shipping (Standard Freight) — estimated 5–21 business days. FREE.

  • Express Shipping (Priority Freight) — estimated 5–9 business days. $365.40.

Delivery timeframes are estimates that begin once your order has been processed and dispatched, and may vary based on destination and carrier schedules.

4. How Freight (LTL) Delivery Works

Mini excavators, car lifts, compact tractors, and other heavy equipment ship via LTL freight. Here is what to expect:

  • Curbside delivery — freight is delivered to the curb or end of your driveway. The driver is not responsible for moving the item onto your property or indoors.

  • Means to unload — many large items are too heavy for a liftgate, so you must have a means to unload (such as a forklift or several people). Check the product page for handling requirements.

  • Inspect before signing — always inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Adult signature — a responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

5. Delivery Appointments

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you using the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your contact number is correct and that someone is available during the agreed window. Missed appointments can delay delivery and may incur carrier fees.

6. Redelivery, Storage & Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the shipment, because the address is inaccessible, or because a scheduled appointment is missed, the carrier may charge redelivery or storage fees. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure your delivery location is accessible to a freight truck.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us right away and we will try to update the address; once an order has dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

8. Track Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. Here is how to stay up to date from the moment it leaves our warehouse:

  1. Order confirmed — you receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  2. Order processed — we process and dispatch your order, typically within 1–3 business days.

  3. Tracking email sent — once dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email.

  4. Carrier contacts you — for freight orders, the carrier calls to schedule delivery.

  5. Delivery day — your equipment arrives; inspect before signing and contact us with any concerns.

9. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. For this reason, inspecting your delivery before signing is important — it is your opportunity to identify and document any transit damage.

10. Inspecting Your Delivery & Damaged Shipments

Before the driver leaves, check the outer packaging and the equipment for any signs of damage. If anything looks wrong, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ironequipusa.com if your delivery arrives damaged, so we can resolve it quickly. Damage reported after this window may affect your eligibility for a freight-damage claim.

11. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Tracking can occasionally pause during transit, especially with freight. If there is no tracking update after 3–5 business days, or if your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us at info@ironequipusa.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

12. Shipping FAQs

Do you ship outside the continental United States? Not at this time. We ship within the continental U.S. only and do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

How long does processing take before an order ships? Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Why does free shipping take up to 21 days? Free standard shipping moves large equipment by LTL freight, which takes longer than parcel delivery. Estimated delivery is 5–21 business days, or 5–9 business days with Express Shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll try to update it. Once dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

What if my tracking hasn't updated in several days? Tracking can pause during transit. If there's no update after 3–5 business days, contact us and we'll check with the carrier.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? Inspect before signing, note any damage on the receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours at info@ironequipusa.com so we can resolve it.

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the continental United States, with typical delivery in 5–21 business days. Need your equipment sooner? Express delivery arrives in 5–9 business days for a flat rate of $365.40. Every order ships from our U.S.-based warehouses, and we email your tracking details the moment your item is on its way.
